kembali ke listSurabaya (07/09) - In providing best international-standard services, the Juanda Airport Surabaya provides Training on Beyond Excellence Service Spirit (BESS) for 30 (thirty) frontline officers within PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) of the Juanda Airport Branch Office Surabaya. This training is to continue for 3 (three) waves for frontline officers from the division of Costumer Service, Airport Security, and Administrative Staff.
The event was opened by the Shared Service Department Head Mr. Mahmudi who said: “this training is expected to improve the services of human resources of the Juanda Airport"
